5:02PM Central European Dist reports Q2 (Jun) results, beats on revs; raises FY08 gudiance; reaffirms FY09 guidance (CEDC) 69.89 -1.99 : Reports Q2 (Jun) earnings of $0.56 per share, may not be comparable to the First Call consensus of $0.52; revenues rose 56.9% year/year to $421.3 mln vs the $400 mln consensus. Co raises guidance for FY08, sees EPS of $2.72-2.92, ex items, vs. $2.77 consensus; sees FY08 revs of $1.65-1.80 bln vs. $1.69 bln consensus.
