June 6th 2014

CCJ, USU, URRE -  very good buying point at the moment. These may become a good option if the 'cutting carbon emissions by 25% by 2030' bill passes in congress. Coal industry is anyway a loser as LNG is become a preferred option to burn by the Utilities and the trend is likely to continue, mostly in absence of the bill above 'passing'. If it does pass, CCJ becomes a pure play.

CORN, JO, NUGT TIBX -  good buying levels

AVD - good  buying opportunity for agri chem play (steady eddy with 1.6% APY)

TNH, SQM and AGU - potential long plays on potash price recovery

LAND - potentially good land investment option, yields 3% but is not monetizing its assets well yet

VXX - a very good option trading workhorse

AFAM - great long term buy on 'aging babyboomer' context.. it had some recent hiccups but the outlook is looking good for recovery.. besides, its the only one that is making profits and its competition GTIV is bought out already. AMED is another of its competition but it is losing money as well.

ZU, TWTR - great buying point for a hot post-IPO drop

ININ - good buying opportunity due to a recent missed quarter.. niche play and a buyout candidate!

SLAB - steady performance on earnings, low margins as compared to competition, potential buyout play to improve bottomline performance!

PBPB - potential speculative play - high short interest at 22% sold short.. any good news could trigger short squeeze.
